KpH Environmental provides specialist contaminated land remediation services across London and the wider UK. Our experienced team delivers contaminated land surveys, site investigations and remediation works to support planning, redevelopment and property transactions.
Our team is fully trained to handle the disposal of any hazardous waste and chemicals, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Our contaminated land investigations utilise a range of intrusive and non-intrusive techniques to ensure the most appropriate methodology is applied to each site.
All works are undertaken in compliance with relevant UK guidance including BS10175 and LCRM, ensuring suitability for planning conditions, acquisitions and site redevelopment.
KpH Environmental works closely with developers, consultants and local authorities to deliver integrated remediation solutions. Our services include Phase II Site Investigations, remediation design, validation reporting and regulatory support including planning permissions, consents and permits.
During my time with Ashfield Solutions Limited, KpH Environmental worked on a number of contaminated land and waste projects with great success. They were procured via a competitive tendering process with their works always to a high professional standard. Where variations were required for a project their additional costs were always reasonable and arrived at in consultation with the Client. Based on their proactive friendly approach I was always happy to include them on our tender list.
