Brief Description

Scope of work

  • Mobilisation and set-up within the boiler house
  • Strip-out and dismantling of four sectional Remeha gas-fired boilers
  • Removal of associated localised pipework to first isolation points
  • Strip-out of boiler flues from the rear of the boilers to the base of the flue stack
  • Removal of redundant flues from the rooftop plant room
  • Waste removal via lifts and designated routes to site skips

Outcome:

All redundant boilers and flue systems were successfully removed, with waste safely managed and cleared from site. The project was delivered efficiently and in line with the operational requirements of the building.
