KpH Environmental was appointed by W.S. Swift to dismantle and remove redundant air-handling equipment from the roof of 88 Rosebery Avenue, London.
The works required careful coordination of access, waste movements and lifting arrangements to ensure the project could be completed safely and efficiently without disrupting the court house building occupants.

Delivery
All equipment and materials were transported to and from the roof using the client’s external hoist. The dismantled plant was moved through carefully managed waste routes to ground and basement levels, ready for removal from site.
Wait-and-load skips were coordinated around the operational requirements of the building, preventing obstruction and minimising disruption to occupants.
Project Outcome
The complete package of works was delivered safely, on schedule and within the agreed one-week programme.
By carefully sequencing the dismantling, material movements and waste collections, KpH Environmental cleared the roof-level plant areas and created the access required for the next stage of the mechanical installation.
