Key Constraints & Delivery Approach

The project was delivered within live office buildings with ongoing occupancies and critical services in operation for Covid-19 Pandemic. KpH Environmental adopted a highly structured, methodical approach to sequencing, access control and waste removal to ensure zero disruption to building users.

A bespoke waste management strategy was developed to suit the varying floor layouts, allowing for safe removal of large plant items without impacting daily operationthes. This included controlled roof openings and the installation of a designed fixed scaffold system serving both roof level and internal floors.
