88 Roseberry Avenue

Brief Description

Scope of work

The project included:

  • Cutting back localised pipework to identified valves and flanges
  • Dismantling and removing two extract fans
  • Dismantling two air handling units, including associated fans
  • Separating the equipment into manageable sections
  • Removing redundant electrical switch panels
  • Dismantling sections of ductwork to create access for the new plant
  • Lowering all dismantled materials from roof level
  • Removing and disposing of all waste responsibly

Delivery

All equipment and materials were transported to and from the roof using the client’s external hoist. The dismantled plant was moved through carefully managed waste routes to ground and basement levels, ready for removal from site.

Wait-and-load skips were coordinated around the operational requirements of the building, preventing obstruction and minimising disruption to occupants.

Project Outcome

The complete package of works was delivered safely, on schedule and within the agreed one-week programme.

By carefully sequencing the dismantling, material movements and waste collections, KpH Environmental cleared the roof-level plant areas and created the access required for the next stage of the mechanical installation.
