KpH Environmental was appointed to deliver the phased decommissioning and strip out of mechanical services across 11 plant rooms within a high-security military facility in Farnborough.
The works involved the careful removal of redundant mechanical plant and associated services while retaining significant elements of existing infrastructure required to remain operational. Delivered over a six-week programme, the project required meticulous planning, sequencing and coordination to ensure the safe separation of redundant and retained assets throughout the works.
Outcome:
Works were successfully completed over a six-week programme, with all redundant plant and associated services removed safely and efficiently. The retained infrastructure remained protected and operational throughout, allowing future project phases to proceed as planned.
